Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 13, 2018.
Refund requests received between October 14 and November 3, 2018 will be processed less a 50% administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after November 3, 2018. Refunds will not be given for no shows. Substitutions are always welcome as long as the original registrant has not already checked in on-site. All refunds will be processed after the event.
